I’m so glad you’re a part of my art journey! If for any reason you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
- 30-Day Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from the moment your art arrives to request a return. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and that you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
- How to Return: Simply reach out to me at j@jodeehuishart.com to start the process. If your return is approved, you’ll need to handle the shipping back to me.
Damages and Issues
I want your art experience to be nothing short of amazing! If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, let me know right away. I’m here to sort things out and ensure you’re happy.
Exchanges
For a smooth swap, return the item you have and make a new purchase for the one you want. This way, you’ll get what you’re after without delay.
Refunds
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll update you on whether your refund is approved. If so, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to finalize it.
